The Society was founded in 1961. The object of the Society was and remains 'To foster interest in canine matters and, more especially to organise and hold dog shows under the rules and regulations of the Kennel Club'. We hold two shows per year - an Open show in February, and a Members' Limited show in November. We also conduct a ringcraft class at Caersws Village Hall on Thursday evenings. There are plans in place to conduct a Junior Handling class prior to the ringcraft, and also to possibly hold Kennel Club Seminars from time to time. Please watch our News page for updates on these.
